The 2024 reserve carries the wine's signature concentration with a return-to-classic balance. Ripe black raspberry, Morello cherry, and violet on the nose, layered with rosemary, Mediterranean scrub, and clove. Full-bodied and sumptuously textured, with bracing freshness providing serious tension. A long finish carries the wine into wild strawberry and incense.
A four-barrel selection drawn from the most expressive Sonoma Coast lots of the vintage — a winemaker's reserve in the truest sense. Fruit is co-fermented across small open-tops with native yeasts, with a slightly larger whole-cluster inclusion in warmer years. Aged roughly fifteen months in French oak with a higher new-oak share to support the wine's natural concentration. Bottled unfined and lightly filtered, in tightly limited quantities.

The star of an absolutely stunning line-up of lovely Pinots from Domaine Della, this small-lot bottling from four specially chosen barrels is a study in sophistication that is as polished as it is deep in beautifully stated fruit. Both solid and slightly supple and a wine that, albeit amazingly expressive now, is constructed to age famously for a decade or more, it is a tour de force offering of dazzling depth, great reserve and uncommon grace. It is a Pinot that belongs on the shopping lists of fastidious, hard-to-satisfy collectors of the very best California offerings, whatever search that its finding might require.
The vineyard designate, the 2018 Chardonnay Ritchie Vineyard is largely in the same mold, although it was brought up in slightly less new oak (25%) and is just a touch lower in alcohol and higher in acidity. Despite those technical details, it's richer and more opulent (which is why you shouldn't judge a wine by numbers) and offers beautiful stone fruits, toasted brioche, honeysuckle, and white flower aromas and flavors. As with the straight Sonoma, it's pure, medium to full-bodied, beautifully balanced, and has a great, great finish. This is another stunningly good Chardonnay from this estate to enjoy over the coming 7-8 years.

Fresh raspberry, rose petal and orange peel aromas burst from the glass on the nose of this sumptuous Pinot. The palate displays energetic acidity, with flavors of Black cherry, plum compote, licorice and cinnamon lingering on the finish. Drink this with grilled ribs or roasted pork loin and plum sauce.

This full-bodied wine shows the almost sweet, confectionary quality of wines from this noted single vineyard. It is rich, ripe and appley in aromas, then layered in creamy lemon meringue and creme brulee flavors with a Key lime pie finish. So delicious, luxurious and gentle to sip. Drink now or hold.

Buoyant mouthfeel, pillowy and resilient, with a savory aspect. Black plum, sandalwood, and soy sauce extends salinity along with deep base notes of forest floor. The espresso-black cherry finish is long and satisfying.

There's a brilliant combination of fresh, juicy raspberry and a struck-stone minerality on the nose of this bottling. The palate surrounds a core of juicy strawberry and pomegranate fruit, with ample layers of peppery, thyme and acidity driving it home.
The 2022 Domaine Della Earl Stevens Vineyard Pinot Noir is long-lasting on the palate. This wine shows aromas and flavors of intense spice box, hints of chalk, and garden herbs. Try it with Thai Lamb Laarb.
The 2021 Domaine Della Earl Stephens Vineyard Pinot Noir shows power, strength, and length on the palate. This wine brings it to the fore with aromas and flavors of sandalwood, spice, oak, and black fruits. Pair it with oven-baked lamb shanks.

Pale salmon-pink. Aromas and flavors of freeze-dried strawberry, sundried rocks, and wet chalk; the palate is dry, balanced, and pleasing — ruby grapefruit, wild strawberry, and citrus oil through a clean, mineral-driven finish. Built for sashimi, summer salads, or an afternoon on its own.

A return-to-classic Russian River vintage. Translucent garnet in the glass, with a lifted nose of red cherry, raspberry, dried rose petal, and a whisper of clove. The palate is medium-bodied and pure — fine-grained tannins, a citrus thread of acidity, and a long finish that drifts into anise and cardamom. Drink now through 2032.

A return to classic balance for the Sonoma Coast. Bright ruby with fresh raspberry, strawberry preserves, and rose petal on the nose, lifted by citrus zest and sweet sage. The palate is generous and silky, showing cherry compote, plum skin, and a thread of cinnamon stick, with a saline finish that lingers on black tea. Drinking now through 2032.

Power married to lift. Deep ruby with aromas of black cherry, boysenberry, and vanilla bean, lifted by cardamom, sandalwood, and rosemary. Full-bodied with peppery spice through the midpalate and a struck-flint mineral edge that nods to the appellation's sandy benches. A long, mocha-laced finish.

A hallmark Ritchie nose of pineapple, nectarine, sage, and gunflint, lifted by white florals. Rich and viscous on the palate with pithy Meyer lemon, Gala apple, cinnamon, and orange-blossom flavors threaded through bright, beautifully balanced acidity. The finish meanders long through flowers, minerals, and spice.

Saturated ruby. The 2024 carries the vineyard's signature decadence — ripe cherry pie, raspberry liqueur, and orange blossom layered with singed vanilla and forest floor. Pillowy and pillowy on the palate, with a savory base note of black plum and sandalwood and a long, salinity-driven finish.

The 2024 leans into the wine's polished, perfumed register. Bright garnet, with red cherry, kirsch, raspberry, and violet aromas layered with cinnamon, allspice, and bergamot tea. The palate is medium-bodied with sleek, fine-grained tannins and a long, perfumed finish woven with cedar and dried herbs.

A long, cool vintage delivered finesse. Glowing ruby, with maple-glazed cherry, candied flowers, and milk-chocolate cedar on the nose; the palate is composed and energetic, with a creamy core of mixed berry lifted by saline acidity and a supple, fine-grained tannic frame. A subtle toast and incense-like finish reflect time in barrel without overshadowing the fruit.

Power with lift. Deep ruby, with raspberry, pomegranate, and struck flint on the nose, joined by sandalwood, cardamom, clove, and fresh thyme. Concentrated yet vibrant on the palate — strawberry and dark cherry over fine peppery tannins, with electric acidity through a long, dried-herb finish.

Pale gold. The nose carries golden apple, white peach, lemon curd, and brioche, lifted by honeysuckle and a flinty mineral edge. The palate balances richness with verve — orchard fruit and citrus oil framed by a saline thread, finishing on roasted hazelnut, vanilla bean, and dried chamomile.

Bright ruby-garnet. The nose carries the unmistakable signature of Russian River Pinot — ripe black cherry, raspberry, and dried rose, with sweet baking spice, cedar, and orange tea. Medium- to full-bodied with juicy red and dark fruit, fine-grained tannins, and a focused finish layered with cola and sandalwood.
